摘　　要：介绍了一种带电处理地线防振锤移位的新工具,该工具在与传统处理地线防振锤方法相当接近的条件下,可以带电作业,并提高了作业人员的安全系数。其工具简便、效率高,是高压输电线路的必需工具,预期很有发展前景。This paper introduces a new tool to treat,in live-state, the position-restoring of displaced anti-vibrating weights of overhead ground line. This tool is quite approximate to the traditional method for treating the anti-vibrating weight problems of ground line. This work can carry on live line, and uplift linesman's safety coefficient. The tool is simple and convenient, high efficient, and is a necessary tool for high voltage transmission lines. Its developing prospect is well anticipated.
