摘　　要：应用bFGF治疗褥疮及烧伤,bFGF对轻度、中度褥疮及烧伤疗效很好,对重度褥疮亦有明显疗效。bFGF使创面干燥,结痂快,肌肉等软组织生长良好,bFGF高效、简便、无毒、无副作用,值得临床应用。We have applied basophilous fibrocyte growth factor (BFGF) to trcat 10 cases of bed sore and 5 cases of burn. The curative effect of BFGF used in lightish and middie degree cases of bed sore and burn is very good, BFGF also has significant effect for severe degree cases of bed sore. BFGF can dry the surface of wound, form crust quickly, make the muscle and connective tissue grow well. BFGF is high effective, simply, no poision and no side--effect, so it is worthy to be used in clinic.
