摘　　要：介绍了基于JX-300(X)DCS系统构成的(20-50)t/h链第锅炉的基本解决方案。通过设置合理的模糊规则表参数以及炉排转速、鼓风转速限幅值,实现了工况稳定时锅炉系统的自动控制。燃烧周期的自动调整,加快了负荷大幅变化时燃烧控制的响应速度。为实现信息化管理提供了基础平台。Based on JX-300(X) DCS,this paper introduces a way to control stoker of 20～50 ton per hour.By setting parameter of fuzzy reasoning table,and rotational speed of stoder and the limited rotational speed of air-boiler,realized the stoker-system automatic operation.The automatic adjust of burning cycle promotes response speed to burning control as the load with a big changing.At the same time,these functions of report forms statistics,data records and network communication,provide bases for whole factory information management.
