摘  要:阐述火电厂生产全过程自动化在现代化生产中的重要意义及现场总线控制系统(FCS)在火电厂全过程自动化的实现中的重要意义。给出以FCS为基础的全程自动化的网络结构并对各部分功能和作用进行阐述和说明;给出实现火电厂全程自动化的关键环节——以FCS为基础的过程级内部及其与管理级的通信子系统的实现方案,并对实现方案的选择进行论证。In this article, the important significance of full-process automation of thermal power plant in the modernized production, and the important significance of fieldbus control system (FCS) in the realization of full-process automation of thermal power plant are elaborated. The network architecture of full-process automation of production based on FCS is advanced, and the functions and roles of each part of the architecture are elaborated. Finally, the key links in the implementation of full-process automation of thermal power plant-the realization schemes of process-level interior part and its communication subsystem with management level based on FCS are given, and the selection of realization schemes is expounded.
