摘  要:根据经典力学理论建立了求解圆锥壳与圆筒连接时的弯曲应力的理论,在此基础上,系统地研究了圆锥壳与圆筒连接时的强度问题。认为若按径向弯曲应力的控制值为3[σ]tφ,控制曲线与我国现行压力容器标准GB150-1998的规定基本一致,但发现圆锥壳的尺寸等参数,即半锥角α、径厚比γ/δ1、两连接壳体的厚度比τ等对环向强度的影响远比对径向强度的影响大。研究了圆锥壳的环向强度,详尽分析了环向强度依壳体尺寸等因素而变化的规律,并给出了一系列保证环向弯曲应力不大于3[σ]tφ的关联圆锥壳尺寸等参数(α、γ/δ1、τ等)的各种控制曲线和关系曲线及设计方法。According to the classic force theory, the bend stress theory of resolving joint of cone and cylinder is established. On the basis, the intensity problem which the shell of cone connected with the cylinder is researched systemically. Regarding as if controlled value of the meridional bend stress is 3[σ]tφ , the controlled curve is associated with the codes of the standard of Chinese present pressure vessel, GB150-1998. But it is showed that some parameters such as the shell of conical dimension, for example, the half degree of conical angle(α), the ratio of the vessel radius to wall thinkness(γ/δ1), the ratio of conical wall thinckness to the cylindrical wall thinckness (τ) are influenced on the cylindrical intensity much more than the conical. The paper studied the circumferential intensity of cone, analyzed in details the rules which circumferential intensity changes, according to the shell's dimension facts and so on. A series of controlled curve and related curve which are related to the parameters of the shell of conical dimension and design ways which can ensure that the circumferential stress is less than or equal to 3[σ]tφ are presented
