Effect of Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties of Martensite Precipitation-Hardening Stainless Steel 0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb Forgings

摘  要:试验研究了马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢 0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb(0 0 3%C ,14 4 %Cr,4 6 %Ni,3 6 %Cu ,0 2 4 %Nb)大规格Φ16 2 0 /Φ12 2 8× 2 5 4和小规格Φ90 0 /Φ75 0× 171两种锻件淬火 回火处理工艺对机械性能的影响。结果表明 ,10 4 0℃油淬和 5 5 0℃ 4h回火处理小规格锻件的冲击韧性AKV为 86J ,大规格锻件仅为 4 9J ;同时 ,小规格锻件经 10 4 0℃水淬和 5 5 0℃ 4h回火后的冲击韧性AKV提高到 175J ,且强度和塑性均满足标准要求。The effect of quenching-tempering process on mechanical properties of large-size range Φ1 620/Φ1 228×254 and small-size range Φ900/Φ750×171 forgings of martensite precipitation-hardening stainless steel 0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb (0.03C, 14.4Cr, 4.6Ni, 3.6Cu, 0.24Nb) has been tested and studied. It was obtained that the impact toughness A KV of small-size range forgings treated by 1 040 ℃ oil quenched and 550 ℃ for 4 h tempered was 86 J, while that of large-size range forgings was only 49 J, and as treated by 1 040 ℃ water quenched and 550 ℃ for 4h tempered, the impact toughness A KV of small-size forgings increased to 175 J, of which the strength and plasticity were up to standard requirements.
