摘  要: 研究了沸石经不同温度热活化处理后,在表面复合TiO2,制备TiO2/沸石光催化剂,探讨了复合物结构及光催化性能。采用XRD、IR、离子交换量和比表面积测定对样品进行了表征,以太阳光为光源,甲基橙溶液为降解体系,以甲基橙脱色率和COD(化学耗氧量)去除率对合成样的光催化性能进行了检测。研究结果表明,沸石经不同的温度热处理后对负载的TiO2的结构和光催化性能有一定影响,沸石经200℃处理1h,再以TiCl4为先驱物制备的TiO2/沸石光催化剂的光催化活性最大,并具有较大的比表面积,在沸石的表面形成了约为16nm的锐钛矿颗粒。This paper studied synthesis of photocatalyst TiO_2 supported on natural zeolites, which were disposed in different temperature and effect of zeolite with heat treated at photocatalystic funtion. The resulting samples were characterized with such techniques as XRD, IR, cation-exchange capacity and specific surface area. The photocatalystic activities of these compound samples were evaluated in methyl orange solution irradiated under solar and by COD removal rate. The experimental results showed that zeolites disposed in different temperature affect structure and photocatalystic activity of TiO_2 supported on their surfaces. The syntheticsample of zeolite disposed with 1h under 200℃ has the best photocatalystic activity and specific surface area. And grain sizes of anatase on zeolite surfaces was about 16nm.
