摘　　要：目的　探讨急性不稳定肩关节前脱位的诊断和手术治疗。方法　自 1 998年 7月～ 2 0 0 1年 4月共收治急性不稳定肩关节前脱位患者 2 4例 ,均行骨折内固定和损伤结构修补手术。结果　 2 4例手术患者复位佳 ,骨折愈合 ,无明显疼痛 ,功能恢复良好 ,无一例发生复发性再脱位。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment for acute and unstable anterior dislocation of the shoulder. Methods Twenty four patients with acute and unstable anterior dislocation of the shoulder were treat from July.1998 to April.2001 by operative internal fixation and repair lesion. Results Twenty four cases were followed up for 12～30 months.all cases had accomplished the good reduction and good function.There was no pain and no re dislocation. Conclusion If one has the right diagnosis,the operative repair will be done and It is quite reliable to prevent from recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder.
