摘　　要：介绍了美加“8·14大停电”事故调查组中期报告中关于北美历次大停电事故的对比分析部分 ,详细介绍了历次大停电事故中存在的一些共性的问题和相应的建议 ,指出了华东电网存在的相关问题 ,并提出相应建议。The comparative analysis of North American blackouts in history in Interim Report made by ‘8·14’blackout task force was introduced. The following common problems of these blackouts were expatiated in detail: flashover of transmission line to branches, incorrect estimation of generator's dynamic reactive output, the difficulty in acquiring information of the whole network by the operator, people can not ensure whether the system is operating in safety, lack of coordination of system protection equipments, low efficiency of communications, lack of safety nets, inadequate training for operators. The relevant suggestions to the above problems were introduced. The similar problems existing in the East China Grid were pointed out and relevant recommendations were put forward as well.
