摘　　要：在对英国与我国有关信息的法律法规政策数据库进行检索、统计和分析的基础上 ,主要对英国的信息政策、信息法律法规的构成及内容进行了研究 ,并比较了两国有关信息的法律法规的不同 ,最后对我国信息法的体系框架提出了建议。Based on the search of the UK's and China's databases of information law and policy,as well as the collection and analysis of the related data,this paper mainly studies the structure and content of British information law and policy,and by comparing it with China's,points out the differences between the two countries Finally,this paper gives some suggestions on the framework of China's information law
