摘 要:目的 :研究脑脉通对急性局灶性脑缺血 再灌注后脑损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用线栓法建立老龄大鼠急性局灶性脑缺血 再灌注模型 ,观察缺血 3h及再灌注 12h各组神经症状、脑梗死面积、脑组织含水量、脑组织病理形态及超微结构变化。结果 :脑缺血组及脑缺血 再灌注组脑梗死面积明显大于假手术组 ,神经障碍重于假手术组 ,脑组织含水量高于假手术组 ,脑组织病理形态及超微结构改变较重。治疗组脑组织梗死面积、神经障碍、脑组织含水量、脑组织病理形态及超微结构变化较脑缺血组及脑缺血 再灌注组明显减轻 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :脑脉通对局灶性脑缺血Objective: To study neuro-protective effe ct of Naomaitong on brain damage after focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion (I/R) i n the aged rats. Method: 11 groups of 20~22-month old SD rats were subjected to 3 hours of middle cerebral artery occulsion with the int raluminal filament thchnique, followed by 12 hours of referfusion. Nervous sympt on, oedema of brain, infact size, morphology and superfine structure of brain, e ct were monitored thoughout cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Resul t: Infact size of brain in ischemia and reperfusion groups were signi ficantly greater. Oedema of it was higher, nervous sympton of it was more seriou s, and morphology and superfine structure of brain were more obvious than those of sham-operated group. Nervous sympton, oedema of brain, infact size, morpholo gy and superfine structure of brain in treated groups were ligher than those of untreated groups(P<0.001). Conclusion: Naomaitong ca n protect brain damage after focal cerebral I/R in the aged rats.
