针刺治疗脑血管疾病162例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价脑血管疾病在药物治疗基础上加针刺治疗的临床疗效。 方法 :针刺水沟、内关、三阴交、大椎、至阳等穴位用醒脑开窍手法加常规药物治疗 ,并设立单纯药物对照组。结果 :针刺组治愈率 30 2 5 % ,显效率 36 4 2 % ,好转率 2 7 78% ,总有效率 94 4 5 %。针刺组疗效优于对照组 (P<0 0 5 ) ;年龄小、病程短者疗效好 ;脑梗死较脑出血疗效显著。结论 :针刺可提高脑血管疾病的疗效。Objective To evaluate clinical effects of acupuncture combined with medicine on cerebrovascular diseases at recovery stage. Methods Treatment group were treated by acupuncture at Shuigou (GV 26), Neiguan (PC 6), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Dazhui (GV 14), Zhiyang (GV 9), with restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation manipulation, combined with medicine, and control group were treated by simple medicine. Results The cured rate, the markedly effective rate, the improved rate and the total effective rate was 30.25%,36.42%, 27.78% and 94.45% in the acupuncture treatment group, respectively, which were better than those in the control group (P<0.05); the better therapeutic effect, the younger and the shorter duration of illness; and the therapeutic effect in the patient with cerebral infarction was better than that in the patient of cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion Acupuncture can increase the therapeutic effect on cerebrovascular diseases.
