摘　　要：目的 :观察针刺与西药治疗缺血性视乳头病变的疗效差异。 方法 :31例患者以针刺治疗为主 ,辅以穴位注射。对于发病 2周之内者 ,局部配合球后注射。记录治疗前后视力、视野的变化。结果 :治疗前后视力、视野比较 ,差异均有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :该疗法是改善缺血性视乳头病变患者视功能的有效方法。Objective To observe the different therapeutic effects on acupuncture and west medicine in the patient of ischemic lesion of the optic disc. Methods Thirty one cases were treated by acupuncture as main method and acupoint-injection as adjuvant. For the patient with disease course of less than 2 weeks, retrobulbar injection was added. Changes of vision and field of view before and after treatment were recorded. Results There were significant differences before and after treatment in vision and field of view (P<0.001). Conclusion The therapy is an effective method for improving optic function of the patient of ischemic lesion of the optic disc.
