摘　　要：基于有关的理论研究,提出了描述城市系统的几个基本参数,这些参数可作为城市和城市体系规划研究的定量判据:一是城市人口空间分布的特征半径,二是描述城区交通线路分布的网络维数,三是描述城市等级体系的三城市指数.指出了上述参数的理论依据,解释了它们的地理意义,并以杭州市等为实例说明了各个参数的应用方法.Several parameters are presented in the paper to characterize the structure of cities as systems and systems of cities, including transport network of intra-or inter-cities . The first parameter is characteristic radius which can be used to describe spatial distribution of urban population, the second is network dimension which will be employed to reflect the transport network based on cities or urban systems, and the third is called three-city index utilized to depict the feature of city hierarchies. The expressions of each parameter are given, the theoretical foundation is explained, the geographical meaning is illuminated, and the applied methods are illustrated by means of urban data coming from Hangzhou city.
