吉林省相对资源承载力动态分析

摘　　要：本文采用相对资源承载力的研究思路与计算方法 ,分别以全国、东部沿海经济发达地区和西部欠发达地区作为参照区 ,计算 1 978- 1 998年吉林省相对士地资源承载力、相对经济资源承载力和综合承载力及其变化过程。并指出吉林省经济发展的障碍主要是产业结构和就业结构的配置问题 ,经济发展长期效益不高 ,而且近年来耕地资源减少的问题应该得到重视 ;应加快一二三产业结构及其内部结构的调整 ,转移农村剩余劳动力。要改变经济增长方式 ,合理保护自然资源 。Taking research conception and computation method in terms of relative carrying capacity of resources, the relative carrying capacity of land resources, economy resources, and synthetic capacity and their evolutionary course of Jilin province from 1978 to 1998 were studied, the whole country, eastern developed area, and western inland as reference zones. Results shows that, the integrated carrying capacity of Jilin province surpassed the real population from 1978 to 1998, land resource is still the main carrying resource. The real population overloaded the carrying capacity of economy resource of Jilin province, compared with eastern developed zones, which shows that its economy development level still lags behind the eastern China. However, its carrying capacities of land resource and economy resource surpassed real population, compared with the western inland of China. The main obstacle hindering Jilin province's economy development is the irrational configuration of industry structure and employment structure, which leads to long-term low benefit of economy development. Meanwhile, more attention should be paid to the decrease of cultivated land in recent years. It is important to speed up adjustment of structure between the first, the second, and the third industries and inside the industries,and to transfer surplus labors of countryside. It is also imperative to change pattern of economy development, to protect natural resources rationally, to build a saving-resource economy system.
