摘　　要：世纪之交 ,日共对新世纪形势作出了判断 ,提出“资本主义框架内的民主改革”是日共新世纪通向社会主义的必由之路 ;认为通过和平的议会手段 ,在 2 1世纪早期建立多党执政的“民主联合政府”,继承资本主义的“全部价值成果”,在资本主义宪法框架内进行民主改革 。At the turn of the new century, according to the judgment of the new century's situation, the Communist Party of Japan (JCP) put forward that 'the democratic reform within the frame of capitalism' is an inevitable way for the JCP leading to socialism. The JCP suggests that, by way of peaceful parliamentary struggle, it is possible to build up a 'democratic coalition government' ruled by a system of multiparty cooperation, carry on 'the whole value achievement' of the capitalism, engage in the democratic reform within the frame of the capitalist constitution, and finally achieve the goal of socialism.
