摘　　要：对珠江三角洲社会体育指导员的现状进行了研究。结果表明:目前珠江三角洲社会体育指导员从数量到质量及等级结构,与社会需求差距较大;体育专业人数偏低,指导力量相对薄弱,管理松散。在此基础上,提出了一些解决问题的对策。At present,the number and quality of social sports instructors at the Zhujiang Delta cannot meet the needs of the society.There are not enough professionals of sports and the management is not satisfactory.In view of the above,countermeasures and solutions are put forth.
