摘　　要：世界集成电路产业格局的变化主要表现在集成电路产业链中各行业的区域聚集性和产业组织结构的变革两个方面。世界集成电路产业的变革对我国集成电路产业的发展具有一定的启发意义,我国的集成电路产业应该顺应世界产业格局的变化,充分利用现有资金和企业来合理发展,缩短与先进国家和地区的差距,将这一战略产业建设好。With the reform of world IC industry,a pattern of division and collaboration has come into being in design,manufacture, package,test and other industries.The change is mainly reflected in two aspects:IC industry clustering and its organization model.This is an enlightenment to developing IC industry in China.We should make good use of the capital and enterprises available for a reasonable advance in order to catch up with the developed countries and regions.
