摘 要:目的 了解护理全员质量意识 ,为实施质量管理国际规范化做准备。方法 通过对全院 2 1 6名临床护理人员进行质量意识相关内容问卷调查 ,应用Epiinfo 6 .0软件包进行相关分析。结果 6 9.9%的护理人员认为责任心是影响护理质量诸多因素中最易出问题的环节 ,且不同职称人员对此的认识之间存在显著性差异 2 =1 9.5 6 ,P <0 .0 5 ,有 1 .9%的护理人员认为只要医疗技术好 ,护理不存在质量意识 ;年龄越小越只重视护理技术操作中的质量意识 2 =1 0 .2 8,P <0 .0 5。结论 服务是出“产品”的过程 ,护理人员必须有质量意识 ;质量意识应该是全程的 ,而不是阶段性的 ;只有注重环节质量 。Objective To survey the quality sense of the whole nursing staffs in order to prepare for the implementation on the international quality management standard.Methods There are 216 nursing staffs surveyed with the paper which correlates with quality sense. The data analysis is conducted by the software of Epi info 6.0.Results There are 69.9% of the nursing staffs who think that the responsibility is the most important factor that influences the nursing quality. The understanding is different between different nursing staff’s title( 2=19.56, P <0.05). There are 1.9% of the nursing staffs who think that there are no sense of nursing quality apart from good nursing skills. The younger the nurse are the stronger they focus on the quality sense of the nursing skill ( 2=10.28, P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing services will be a process of making products. And nursing staffs should have the sense of quality and have it in the whole nursing procedure but not a phrase of nursing. As long as the quality in every procedure is focused on,the end of the excellent nursing quality could be assured.
