摘 要:目的 针对脊柱侧凸患者的特点 ,探讨围手术期健康教育面临问题与提高健康教育效果的对策。方法 通过自行设计的认知与需求调查表 ,分别调查 6 8例已行矫形手术的康复期患者对手术治疗的认知及 6 3例拟行矫形手术的住院期患者与家属对手术治疗的认知及两者对围手术期健康教育内容与方式的需求状况。结果 接受常规健康教育的康复期患者及拟行手术治疗的患者及家属对手术认知偏低 ;拟行手术的患者与家属对手术相关知识迫切希望掌握人数比例超过 5 0 % ,且家属的需求欲望明显强于患者 ;与医护人员个别交流是两者首选的教育方式。结论 建议在评估认知与需求基础上 。Objective According to the special characteristics of scoliosis surgical children, discuss the problem of preoperative health education and its countermeasure.Method Investigating the cognizance of 68 cases with successful curve correction, and the cognizance and preoperative educational demands of 63 cases planned to take curve correction.Results The level of cognizance of 68 cases with curve correction and 63 cases who are planned to take curve correction are quite low.The proportion of children and their families who chose “very wanted to know” is over 50% and families’ demand degree is higher than children. Talking with doctor and nurse individually is the preferred manner.Conclusion In order to improve educational effects, we advised that nurse should establish education according to patients’ needs and cognizance. Nurses should establish education both children and their families.
