摘　　要：目的　探讨护理综合质量的有效考评办法。方法　采用各项考评指标分权量化的方法 ,对病区护理综合质量进行考核及评价。结果　增强了考评的客观性和准确性 ;突出了护理部管理重点 ;调动了护理人员的积极性 ;使护理管理工作更加科学、有效。Objective To find out an objective and scientific way of the quality examination and evaluation methods on general nursing quality. Methods The measures include formulation in the first place of various quantized standards and detailed assessment rules and then the working out of assessment methods.Results Adoption of these measures has led to the improvement of its managerial expertise, the enhancement of the objectivity and accuracy of the quality examination and evaluation methods, the giving prominence to the managerial emphases from the nursing department,the stimulation of its staff’s enthusiasm. As a result:nursing management in the hospital has become more scientific and efficient.Conclusion Adoption of weight has improved the nursing management quality.
