摘  要:随着新医疗体制的实施 ,门诊护患关系也随着重新定位。门诊护士主动拓展工作范围 ,由单纯协同医生诊治、维护秩序转变为宣传、指导、咨询、管理、研究等多重角色。从而有利于病人理解和配合各项医疗措施 ,纠正日常生活及工作中的不良行为和习惯 ,增强自己防病治病意识。With the performance of new medical regulations,the relationship between patients and nurses should be refreshed.The nurses of the out-patient department should enlarge the working fields.Nurses not only maintain the daily medical system and act as the assistant of clinical doctors,but also act as propagandist, manager,researcher and so on.Based on this,the patients can learn and cooperate with the treatment,rectify the bad habits,enforce the conscious of preventing diseases.So that the relationship between nurse and patients is harmonized.
