摘　　要：目的　探讨戈壁沙漠地区干热环境对作训人员各系统的影响 ,为作训人员的卫生防护提供依据 ,减少非战斗减员 ,提高部队战斗力。方法　采用问卷方式调查作训部队 2 348名官兵。结果　作训期间 6 8.4 4 %的人员出现一种或多种不适症状。结论　在作训前做好卫生防护工作是提高部队在高温干旱条件下的作战能力 ,尤其是戈壁沙漠地区夏季作训卫勤保障的关键。Objective To explore effects of xerothermic environment on trainer on Gobi and desert.Methods We investigated 2 348 trainers in Gobi and desert by questionnaire.Results Sixty eight point four four percent of the trainers felt uncomfortable when training in Gobi and desert.Conclusion Good health protection before training can improve battle effectiveness and is a key to sanitation duty of assure in Gobi and desert.
