摘　　要：目的:为保证手术护理记录单的完整性,提高手术护理记录单质量,降低缺陷发生率。方法:通过分析以往有缺陷的护理记录单找出主要四种因素,采取全方位管理。将未实施全面管理及改善阶段的两个月做为第一组与实施全方位管理的五个月做为第二组进行统计学处理。结果:通过U检验,差异具有高度显著性意义。手术护理记录单缺陷四种因素趋势图显示由管理因素、护理人员因素及流程因素造成的缺陷有明显的下降趋势。Objective to guarantee the integrity to enhance the quality to lower the incidence of defect of the operation nursing record. Method  we find 4 factor which cause the defect of operation nursing record in the past ,and which is the basis of All-direction management . Group A  the 2 months when the All-direction management had not been put into practice  group B  the 5 months when the All-direction management had been put into practice . And then take analysis with statistics. Result though U-test we could find there is significant difference been the two group. Though the statistical graph about 4 factors we could draw a conclusion that defect caused by management ability of nursing personnel and procedure had notably descendent tendency defect of record
