摘　　要：针对目前按热量收费的供暖系统的一些不足,设计了一种独具特色的IC卡热量控制表。该表具有热量计量、热量控制、安全保护等功能。本文介绍了该表的工作原理及其基本结构和功能,并对其软、硬件设计方法作了介绍。At present, heating systems with charge according to quantity of heat adopted are becoming popular. Due to some deficiencies in these systems, author designs a new kind of controling calorimeter.The controling calorimeter provides such functions as heat count, heat control, security protect. In this paper, author introduces the working principle of the controling calorimeter, and gives its foundmental constructions and functions. Then author explains the design way of its software and hardware.
