摘  要:赤铁矿反浮选工艺在工业生产实践中获得了广泛的应用。在目前所有的生产实践和研究工作当中 ,石英是赤铁矿矿石中主要的脉石矿物和浮选对象。本试验针对某含有 13%方解石、10 %石英和 8%绿泥石的铜矿共生镜铁矿 ,研究了采用反浮选工艺对脉石矿物和镜铁矿进行浮选分离的可能性 ,获得了比较满意的选矿指标 ,精矿品位和回收率分别为 6 5 .2 8%和 79.0 5 %。采用阴离子捕收剂油酸钠将矿石中的石英和方解石浮选分离以后 ,采用阳离子捕收剂醚胺浮选绿泥石时呈现出良好的选择性。The reverse flotation technology of hematite has achieved extensive application in industrial practice. In all production practice and research at present, quartz is the main gangue mineral in hematite ore and the flotation target. Test was made on a specularite ore containing 13% calcite, 10% quartz and 8% chlorite and intergrowing with copper minerals to study the possibility of separating gangue minerals from specularite by reverse flotation technology. Satisfactory metallurgical performances were achieved, the concentrate grade and recovery being 65.28% and 79.05% respectively. After the separation of quartz and calcite by flotation using anionic sodium oleate, cationic ether amine collector was used to float the chlorite, which exhibited a good selectivity.
