石胆草中黄酮碳苷的分离与结构鉴定

摘　　要：目的　研究石胆草 (Corallodiscusflabellata)的化学成分。方法　利用DiaionHP 2 0 ,SephadexLH 2 0 ,硅胶柱等色谱技术分离 ,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果　从石胆草中分离并鉴定了 7个化合物 ,分别为 :5,3′ ,4′ 三羟基 6,7 二甲氧基 8 C [β D 木糖 (1→ 2 ) ] β D 葡糖黄酮碳苷 (1) ;5,4′ 二羟基 6,7 二甲氧基 8 C [β D 木糖 (1→ 2 ) ] β D 葡糖黄酮碳苷 (2 ) ;5,4′ 二羟基 6,7 二甲氧基 8 C β D 葡糖黄酮碳苷 (3 ) ;5,4′ 二羟基 6,7 二甲氧基 8 C [β D 芹糖 (1→ 2 ) ] β D 葡糖黄酮碳苷 (4) ;3 ,4 二羟基 苯乙酸乙二醇酯 (5) ;羟基酪醇 (6) ;罗布麻宁 (7)。结论　化合物 1和 2为新化合物 。Aim To study the chemical constituents of Corallodiscus flabellata. Methods Fresh plant of Corallodiscus flabellata was extracted twice with boiling wat er, concentrated to small volume under reduced pressure at 55 ℃ . The concen trated material was partitioned with ether, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. T he fraction of ethyl acetate extract was chromatographed over macroporous adsorp tion resin (Diaion HP-20) eluted with a mixture of H 2O and MeOH in increasing MeOH content. Their fractions from resin were repeatedly chromatographed over Sephadex LH-20, silica gel column chromatography. The compounds were identified on the basis of their physiochemical and spectral data. Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as 5,3′,4′-trihydroxyl-6,7-dim ethoxyl-8-C-[β-D-xylocopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyran osyl flavone (1), 5,4′-dihydroxyl-6,7-dimethoxyl-8-C -[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone (2), 5,4′-dihydroxyl-6,7-dimethoxyl-8-C -β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone (3), 5,4′-dihydroxyl-6,7-dimethoxyl-8-C -[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone (4), 3,4-dihydroxyl benzoyl acetic acid glycol e ster (5), hydroxytyrosol (6), apocynin (7). Conclusion Compound 1 and 2 are new compounds, the others were isolated fr om Corallodiscus flabellata for the first time.
