摘　　要：目的　研究石杉科植物蛇足石杉Huperziaserrata (Thunb .)Trev .的生物碱成分。方法　采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,经光谱数据分析鉴定其结构。结果　从蛇足石杉中分离得到一个生物碱单体。结论　该化合物为一具三环结构的新的lycodine型生物碱 ,命名为蛇足石杉碱丙 (huperzinineC)。Aim To study the alkaloid constituents of Huperzia serrata (Thunb.) Trev.. Methods Chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. Structure was elucidated on the basis of chemical analysis and spectroscopic data. Results An alkaloid constituent was isolated from H.serrata (Thunb.) Trev.. Conclusion The compound was found to be a novel lycodine type alkaloid with tricyclic structure named huperzinine C.
