摘　　要：噪音如同其它的污染一样 ,是现代工业社会的副产品。美国政府为控制与减少噪音对人们造成的危害 ,从联邦到各州、各城市甚至各社区都制定了相应的噪音控制法规。文章分析了这一制度 。As if other pollution, noise is a social by -product in modern industry. For the sake of control and reduce the noise which harms people's health, the government of the United States established related n oise control act, from federal to each state, each city even each community. The se noise control acts define the concept of noise and provide noise successive t ime and the standard, peaceful time, noise category, and methods of legal aid, t o solve urban noise pollution of our country and to establish the related law in China, they will have the important meaning doubtless.
