摘 要:将无机高分子混凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)与具有“头领效应”的有效微生物群(EM)有机结合,对藻型富营养化原水进行处理。通过对PFS最佳作用条件的筛选,考察不同作用条件下对EM处理藻型富营养化原水效果的影响,从而确定出一种较为理想的处理工艺组合,并进行较长期的稳定初试运行。结果表明:组合工艺在最佳工作条件下,即PFS为30 mg/L,VEM/V污水为5/10 000,曝气时间为HRT/2(HRT=5 d),水温为25℃,pH为中性时,原水中叶绿素a,TP,COD,TN的去除率分别可达93%,89%,85%,60%。出水主要指标基本达到或接近国家地表Ⅲ类水质标准。Composite process composed of inorganic macromolecule flocculent polymeric ferric sul-fate (PFS) with leading effective microorganism (EM) was used for algae control of raw water from eutrophic water body. The best working condition of PFS was screened, while the effects on algae control of EM under different states were investigated and finally a composite PFS-EM process that was more sophisticated has been established and confirmed by stable trial-operation in relative long time. The optimal working condition of this process was adjusted like these: PFS concentration: 30 mg/L; volumetric ratio of EM to wastewater: 5/10 000; aeration time; half of hydraulic retention time in the water-body (remark: the HRT in this case was 5 days), water temperature: 25 ℃ and pH: neutral. Under above-mentioned condition, removals of 93%, 89%, 85% and 60% from the raw water have been obtained for chlorophyll a, TP, COD and TN respectively. The main indicators of the output water are very accordant or approach to the guideline Class Ⅲ of national standard of surface water.
