摘　　要：介绍镁质喷涂料在武钢三炼钢厂板坯连铸中间罐上的使用和效果。与硅质绝热板相比,镁质喷涂料工作衬具有施工简便、抗侵蚀能力强、安全可靠、减轻劳动强度、延长使用寿命、降低耐材消耗、提高铸坯质量和连铸机的作业率等优点。其经济效果显著,对促进连铸生产的发展具有重要的意义。This paper briefly introduces application and the effects of magnesia coating material on the tundish of slab caster at No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO. Compared with the siliceous heat insulating plate, the coating working lining has some advantages, such as convenience in constructing, high erosion resistance, reliability and relative low in labour instensity, prolongation of tundish service life, decrease in refractory consumption, improvement of slab quality and higher utilization of caster. We have got a remarkable economic efficiency at the same time. It is also very important for developmnt of continuous casting.
