连铸结晶器保护渣的应用与分析

摘　　要：介绍并分析济钢连铸使用的保护渣的理化性能,结合生产实际及对保护渣物理性能的研究,优化各项性能指标,选择与应用了高碱度、低熔点、低黏度、低凝固温度的预熔空心颗粒保护渣,使铸坯一次合格率达到98％以上,消除了由此造成的漏钢事故,满足生产工艺要求。The physical and chemical properties of powder axe introduced. On the base of production practice, the analysis on physical property of powder is carried out and each target has been optimized. The powder with pre-melt hollow grain has higher alkalinity and lower melting point, viscidity and solidification point. The pass ratio of slab has reached more than 98 percent. The breakout accident has been avoided and the process requirements have been also met.
