摘　　要：通过对30例经鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术患者的术前准备及术中配合,总结认为:术前做好病人心理护理,使患者积极配合手术,器械准备充分,术中熟悉手术步骤并能及时准确地准备、传递各种器械,确保仪器运转正常是保证手术顺利进行的关键。This article introduced the preoperative and operative nursing cooperation in 30 cases of endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and summarized that preoperative mental nursing to keep the patients cooperative during operation, preoperative full preparation of instruments, operative mastering of the operative procedures, timely and accurate passage of instruments of all sorts in operation and guarantee of instruments' work were key to the smooth operation.
