摘　　要：总结了15例显微外科皮瓣及复合组织移植失败病例的术后护理经验及教训。术后加强全身麻醉苏醒期护理及排尿护理,防止血运观察中的失误和夜间护理中的漏洞,预防术后并发症,及早发现问题及时处理。手术失败后,加强耐心细致的心理护理,保证补救性手术的顺利进行,将损失减少到最低限度。We summarized the experience of postoperatively nursing 15 cases with unsuccessful microsurgical tissue flaps grafting, arguing the nursing measures included enhancing the nursing at their awaking period of general anesthesia and the nursing of urination, preventing the mistakes in observing blood circulation and the omissions at night shift and preventing postoperative complications and early finding and solving problems. Meanwhile, patient mental nursing care must be done for them after operative failure to guarantee the smooth completion of make-up operation and reduce the loss to its least.
