OSAS病人术后护理辅助减重的管理与治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的　探索阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (obstructivesleepapneasyndrome,OSAS)病人手术后护理辅助减重的管理和治疗的临床效果。方法　选取我科确诊为重度OSAS并进行手术治疗的病例 2 0例 ,配对分组 ,制定术后护理指导的低热量饮食和生活习惯修正方案 ,随访 6个月 ,比较研究病人体重指数、呼吸紊乱指数、最低血氧饱和度等变化。结果　护理辅助术后体重控制可以在良好耐受的情况下获得较为理想的减重、OSAS病情改善效果。结论　OSAS病人术后护理辅助减重治疗是一种低付出高回报的综合治疗方式 ,可在保证手术远期效果等方面发挥较为重要的作用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of a nurse-managed post-operative weight reduction program for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) patients.Methods Twenty patients, who were diagnosed as severe OSAS and accepted surgical treatment in our department, were involved in the study and divided into two groups. A nurse-managed very low-carlorie diet and behavior modification program were carried out in one group. After a six months' follow-up,the changes of weight of patients and some objective indexes of OSAS were compared.Results The weight reduction program was well tolerated by patients. And patients who underwent this procedure showed better results of long-term weight maintenance and OSAS improvement.Conclusions Nurse-managed post-operative weight reduction might be an important part of the comprehensive therapy of OSAS. It could help to improve the long-term curative results of surgical treatment of OSAS.
