7个籼型水稻细胞质雄性不育系异交性能的研究

摘　　要：以 7个籼型水稻细胞质雄性不育系 D6 2 A、D6 3A、D6 4 A、D2 3A、G4 6 A、金 2 3A珍汕 97A为材料 ,视珍汕 97A为对照 ,在海南对它们的异交性能进行了研究。结果表明 :7个细胞质雄性不育系的颖花开花率从高到低依次为 D2 3A、D6 3A、D6 2 A、D6 4 A、珍汕 97A、金 2 3A、G4 6 A;D6 2 A等 6个细胞质雄性不育系的柱头外露率均高于对照珍汕 97A;除G4 6 A、金 2 3A外 ,其余 4个的午前花率均比对照珍汕 97A高 ;D6 2 A、D6 3A、D6 4 A等 3个细胞质雄性不育系的平均张颖时间均比对照珍汕 97A长 ,其余三个短于对照珍汕 97A。柱头生活力系数大小依次是 :对照珍汕 97A、D6 2 A、G4 6 A、D6 3A、D2 3A、D6 4 A、金 2 3A。异交结实率从高到低的顺序是 D6 2 A、D6 3A、D2 3A、金 2 3A、D6 4 A、G4 6 A、珍汕 97A。Outcrossing habits of 7 indica cytoplasmic male sterile lines(CMS)( D62A、D63A、D64A、D23A、G46A、Jin23A、Zhenshan97A)were studied in Hainan Island.The results showed: The spikelet flowering rate order of 7 CMS in the sequence of decending was: D23A、D63A、D62A、D64A、Zhenshan 97A(CK)、Jin 23A、G46A. The stigma exsertion of 6 CMS were higher than that of Zhenshan 97A. With the exception of G46A and Jin 23A, percentage of spikelet flowering before noon of 4 CMS(D62A、D63A、D64A、D23A) were higher than that of Zhenshan 97A. The average spikelet flowering time of 3 CMS (D23A、G46A 、Jin23A) was shorter than that of Zhenshan 97A. The stigma vigour coefficient order of 7 CMS in the sequence of decending was: Zhenshan 97A、D62A 、G46A、D63A、D23A、D64A、Jin 23A. The seed-setting order by outcrossing of them in the sequence of decending was:D62A、D63A、D23A、Jin 23A、D64A、G46A、Zhenshan 97A.
