大范围自动调压直流脉冲电源的研究

摘　　要：电流变液(ERF)阻尼减振数控机床中需要使用大范围自动调压直流脉冲电源,以调节加在ERF阻尼器上的电压值的大小,改变加在主轴上的阻尼,降低其振幅,达到提高机床动态性能的目的。介绍了该电源的工作原理、电路结构,并对其性能进行了测试。The paper introduces the working principle and circuit-structure of high-scope DC pulse power supply with voltage self-adjusting,analyzes its capacity by testing.This power supply is aimed at the ERF damper on NC machine tool.It can reduce the fluctuation amplitude of principal axis and improve the dynamic capability of the NC machine tool by adjusting the voltage of the damper and changing the damping of principal axis.
