摘 要:采用时间分辨荧光光谱技术 ,在 2 73K下用波长为 5 0 7nm的光激发对菠菜光系统Ⅱ捕光天线LHCⅡ的光谱特性和时间特性作了研究 将获得的荧光光谱进行高斯解析 ,得到 6个光谱组分 ,反映了光谱特性 :Chla6 6 26 6 0 /6 6 1、Chla/b6 726 70 /6 71、Chla6 83 56 80 /6 81和Chla6 99 96 95 0 ,而中心波长为 738.6nm、76 1.0nm的光谱组分则可能对应着主发射峰的振动副带 通过对荧光衰减曲线进行三指数时间拟合 ,得到激发能在LHCⅡ中传递的时间常数 :8.8ps、5 0 0ps、1.6ns 。Time-resolved fluorescence spectrum technology was carried out at 273 K to study the fluorescence spectral properties and time properties of the light-harvesting complex Ⅱ of photosystem Ⅱ prepared from spinach. The sample was excitated at 507 nm. Six spectral components were obtained from LHCⅡ, and reflected the spectral properties, which were Chl a 662 660/661, Chl a/b 672 670/671, Chl a 683.5 680/681 and Chl a 699.9 695.0, and the residual longest components at 738.6 nm and 761.0 nm were probably corresponding to vibrant sub-band of main emission peak. The fluorescence ratios of each component to that of all the components were 1.4%, 5.4%, 36.7%, 38.8%, 16.4% and 1.3%. Triexponential time fitting for the fluorescence decay curve detected at 685nm yielded 3 components lifetimes of 8.8 ps, 500 ps, 1.6 ns, and obtained the corresponding relation between time constants and spectral components.
