吡格列酮联合福辛普利对2型糖尿病伴高血压患者左心室肥厚的逆转作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨吡格列酮和福辛普利联合用药对逆转 2型糖尿病伴高血压患者的左心室肥厚是否具有协同作用。方法 :在 2型糖尿病伴高血压患者中 ,用超声心动图测定左心室质量 ,计算左心室质量指数 ,以此诊断左心室肥厚共 4 8例 ,按 2× 2析因设计、给予吡格列酮和福辛普利处理 ,将处理前后两次左心室质量指数之差作为统计资料进行方差分析。结果 :F =4 0 .39,P <0 .0 1,两药的交互作用有统计学意义。结论 :对于 2型糖尿病伴高血压患者 ,吡格列酮显著增加了福辛普利对左心室肥厚的逆转作用 ,联合应用二药具有协同作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of pioglitazone combined with fosinopril on reversing the left ventricular hypertrophy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension. Methods: 48 diabetic hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, comfirmed by echocardiography (left ventricular mass index>134g/m 2 in men and>110g/m 2 in women)were divided randomly into 4 groups,paired sex and age off, and treated with pioglitazone and/or fosinopril by 2×2 factorial design.The left ventricular mass indexes before and after the test were measured and analyzed. Results:F=40.39,P<0.01,the interaction of the two drugs had statistical significance. Conclusion: Pioglitazone significantly increased the reversing effect of fosinopril on the left ventricular hypertrophy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension. They were synergistic.
