胃乐散对小鼠肠运动功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察胃乐散对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。方法分别用 1.2 5 %、2 5 %胃乐散混悬液灌胃 ,观察并比较其对正常小鼠、腹腔注射新斯的明小鼠和腹腔注射吗啡小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。结果小鼠灌胃胃乐散混悬液 (1.2 5 %,2 .5 %)后 ,与生理盐水空白对照组比较 ,小肠蠕动无明显变化 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;可拮抗新斯的明引起的小鼠小肠亢进的推进运动 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;可促进吗啡引起的小鼠小肠减慢的肠蠕动 ,与吗啡组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论胃乐散对正常小鼠肠运动功能无明显作用 ,而对新斯的明及吗啡引起的小鼠异常肠运动功能具有双相调节作用 ,能使异常的肠运动趋复正常。Objective To study the effect of Wei-Le-San on intestinal propellant movement function in rats. Methods 1.25% or 2.5% Wei-Le-San mixture were infused into the stomachs of the rats, the effect of Wei-Le-San on intestinal propellant movement in the normal rats and in the abdominal injection of Neostigmine or Morphine rats were compared. Results After being infused Wei-Le-San mixture, there has no significant effect on the intestinal propellant movement compared with the control group(P>0.05), Wei-Le-San mixture can antagonize the sthenic intestinal propellant movement of the rats induced by the Neostigmine (P<0.05), and promote the reduced intestinal movement induced by the Morphine(P>0.05). Conclusion Wei-Le-San has no significant effect on the normal intestinal movement but has adjustment on abnormal intestinal movement.
