摘　　要：目的 :观察大剂量东莨菪碱治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法 :在常规治疗的基础上加用东莨菪碱 0 0 3～0 0 5mg·kg 1·次 1,每 5～ 3 0min静注 1次 ,视病情逐渐延长间隔时间 ,直至停药。结果 :治疗组优于对照组 ,治疗组无效率显著低对照组。结论 :东莨菪碱治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭 ,可提高患儿的存活率 。Objective:To observe the effect of large dosage of scopolamine for trea ting newborns' respiratory failure.Methods: Scopolamine was injected intramuscularly at 0 03～0 05mg/kg each time, once every 5min to 30 min.The interval time could be delayed according to dis ease severity degree gradually till the injection would be stopped.Results:The curative effect in the treatment group was better than t hat in the control group,and the ineffective rate in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion: Scopolamine is effective against newborns' respiratory failure ,and can raise the newborns' survival rate.
