摘  要:目的:探讨氟对体外培养长骨及成骨细胞生长发育、形态结构的影响。 方法:采用体外骨器官及成骨细胞培养实验方法 ,观察不同剂量氟 (0 .0、2 .5、5 .0、10 .0、2 0 .0 μg/ ml)对小鼠胚胎长骨生长发育、形态结构等的影响和不同剂量氟 (0 .0、 10 - 6、10 - 4、10 - 3mg/ m l)对成骨细胞形态的影响。结果 :当染氟剂量≥ 5 .0 μg/ ml,随着染毒剂量的增加 ,尺骨和尺骨骨干形态结构出现明显改变。而当染氟剂量为 10 - 3mg/ m l,成骨细胞超微结构出现明显损害。 结论 :过量的氟对长骨成骨细胞体外培养生长发育、形态结构有明显的影响。s: Objective: To investigate the effects of fluorine on the morphosis in culture bone and osteoblast in vitro. Methods: Mouse fetal were divided into five groups: exposed to 0.0?2.5?5.0?10.0?20.0 μg/ml fluorine and the all fetals were cultured in vitro. and osteoblast,which exposed to 0.0? 10 -6 ?10 -4 ?10 -3 mg/ml fluorine,were cultured The development,morphological changes were determined by electronic and light microscope. Results: At the fluorine concentration were ≥5.0 μg/ml,morphological structure of bone appeared viously abnormal and osteoblast were appearly harm at 10 -3 mg/ml fluorine. Conclusion: It showed that excess fluoride could have adverse effects on the growth and development,morphological structure in culture bone and osteoblast in vitro.
