摘 要:研究了自由基型光引发剂 Irgacure651 和 Irgacure1700 分别与阳离子型光引发剂 SR-1012 的质量二芳基碘鎓盐(SR-1012)组成的复合引发体系的配比及用量,以及它们对聚氨酯丙烯酸酯与三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TEGDA)、环氧化合物 EPON-812 组成的混杂光固化体系感光性能的影响。结果表明, Irgacure1700 与SR-1012 组成的复合引发体系比 Irgacure651 与 SR-1012 组成的复合引发体系引发效果好,体系感度可达 2.64mJ/cm2。两种自由基光引发剂配比为 2:1 时,两种聚合的速率配合较好,体系感度较高,可达 6.28 mJ/cm2。引发剂用量在 4%—6%比较适宜。混杂体系在 276nm 和 333 nm 处有响应峰。Cationic photoinitiator(SR-1012) with Irgacure651 and Irgacure1700 were mixed, respectively. The influence of the content and composition of the composite photoinitiator on photosensitivity of the hybrid system composed of PU, triethyleneglycol diacrylic ester (TEGDA) and epoxy compound EPON-812 was studied. The results showed that the hybrid system had higher curing rate when using composite photoinitiator composed of Irgacure1700 and SR-1012 than that of Irgacure651 and SR-1012 and value of sensitivity was 2.64mJ/cm2. The cooperation of free radical initiator and SR-1012 offered considerable photosensitive properties, such as curing rate, sensitivity and gel yield, when the weight ratio of free radical initiator to SR-1012 was 2:1 and value of sensitivity was 6.28mJ/cm2. It was also found that suitable concentration of the composite initiator was 4-6%(wt). UV spectrum showed absorbance of λ at 276nm and 333nm.
