摘  要:利用雾化法制备的耐蚀性较高的二元、三元及四元无汞锌合金粉,组装成AA型碱锰电池,进行恒流连续放电实验,得到了各种锌合金粉的放电曲线和放电容量。结果表明,Zn-1.0%In、Zn-0.20%Pb、Zn-0.1%In-0.1%Pb、Zn-0.1%In-0.2%Pb、Zn-0.10%In-0.05%Bi-0.005%Al(式中百分数均为摩尔百分数)无汞锌合金粉的放电性能较为优异,其放电容量已基本达到或超过比利时进口锌粉的放电容量。The AA-type alkaline zinc manganese batteries were assembled by using the different free-mercury zinc alloy powders manufactured by spraying technique as anode with better corrosion resistance, then discharged continuously at constant current. According to their discharge curves and discharge capacity, it shows that the Zn-1.0%In?Zn-0.20%Pb?Zn-0.1%In-0.1%Pb?Zn-0.1%In-0.2%Pb?Zn-0.10%In-0.05%Bi-0.005%Al(all percentages in formula are mole percentages) free-mercury zinc alloy powders have excellent discharging performance, the capacity is close to or higher than that of zinc powders made in Belgium.
