摘　　要：介绍了树脂传递模塑成型工艺RTM的成型原理 ,阐述了螺杆压缩机转子成型的RTM方法 ,包括 :复合螺杆转子的材料 ;螺杆转子模具设计的三次样条曲线法 ;螺杆转子的模具制造 ;The principle of the RTM(Resin Transfer Molding) processing method was introduced. The details of manufacturing the twin-screw compressor rotors by RTM were described,which include:the composite screw rotary materials;the design of rotors' model method by the cubic spline;the manufacturing of the screw rotor's mold;the processing of the screw rotors by RTM.
