摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢 5号中薄板坯连铸机现代化技术改造的过程 ,着重阐述了其工艺布局特点 ,LF炉、VAI连铸机、结晶器等主机设备性能特点与安装、调试、自动控制原理及相配套的公辅设施建设。The modernization technology revamping course of Angang No.5 medium and thin slab continuous caster is introduced, the technological layout characteristics, property characteristics of major equipments such as LF furnace, VAI continuous caster and mould, and installation, adjustment, automatic controlling principle and construction of main and auxiliary facilities matching with the caster are emphatically explained.
