摘　　要：研究了以电荷注入为检测器的全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪 (CID-ICP-AES)测定合金钢中痕量钙的方法 ,优选了适宜的工作参数和分析谱线 ,进行了试样的不同分解方法实验以及基体、共存元素的干扰实验 ,经过精密度与准确度的考核 ,结果令人满意。This paper studies a method to determine trace Ca in alloy steel by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES) with detector injecting charge,seeks suitable working parameters and analysis spectrum,and does different decomposition methods experiments on specimens and interference experiments on matrix and coexistence elements.The results are excellent after examining accuracy and precsion degree.
