摘 要:为评价输油管道河流穿越处腐蚀因素对管道安全运行的影响,根据穿越输油管道腐蚀事故与时间的统计,得到了腐蚀因素的一般规律,确定了内腐蚀、外腐蚀、应力腐蚀及其他因素对穿越输油管道产生影响的因素权重,建立了穿越输油管道的腐蚀因素的模糊评判模型.应用该模型对某穿越输油管道进行了模糊评判,评判结果为腐蚀程度中,需要在线维修,这与对该穿越管道的实际检测结果相符.In order to evaluate the effect of the erosion factors on the river crossing oil pipeline, certain rules of the erosion factors are obtained based on the statistics of accidents and time, and the state that several erosion forms affects the pipe is analyzed, such as inner erosion, outer erosion, strength erosion and some others. The fuzzy evaluation model of the factors for the pipeline is established. In this paper, a certain section of the crossing pipeline is fuzzily evaluated, and the result shows the pipeline has been moderately eroded, so the online repair is required. The evaluation is in agreement with the local checking result.
