摘  要:天然气加工设备压缩机配气阀阀片在服役期内经常发生磨损或断裂.采用A,B,C3种不同的镀液,利用自催化复合镀方法,在65Mn钢阀片表面增加80μm的复合镀层.试验表明,用C镀液处理的试件经热处理后的表面维氏硬度达到1.1×103~1.2×103,使用寿命由2.1×103h提高到3.5×103h,耐磨效果显著.此技术适用于其它合金钢耐磨件上.The piece in clique of matching gas fixed in the compressor for natural gas process equipment is easily worn out and breaks in the service course. If we use three different plating liquid, such as A, B and C, by means of self-catalyzed complex plating on the surface of original piece, it can increases complex plating layers by 80μm on the surface. Experiments indicate that the samples treated with plating liquid C, if the superficial rigidity of heat treatment is kept within 2 100 h to 3 500 h, have a remarkably increased the wear-resistance. This technology can be used in the wear-resistant parts of other equipment made of alloy.
