摘　　要：生态型住宅小区的试点建设在于引导创建健康、舒适的居住环境,实现社会、经济、环境效益的统一,其噪声控制问题是重要内容之一。本文从标准要求着手,通过分析小区内外噪声源,提出了控制对策建议,可供环境评价、建筑设计和竣工验收参考。Experimenting with the construction of an environmentally friendly residential community involves creating a healthy,comfortable living environment.and realizing the integration of social,economic and environmental benefits.Noise control is one of the important factors in this endeavor.This article begins with a discussion of basic noise control requirement,analyzes noise sources in and around a small community and suggests tailored noise control measures.These measures can be used as a reference for environmental assessments,architectural designs and construction standards.
